1. Service Description

text2pix provides an AI-powered platform to generate images from text prompts.

  • AI image generation and editing
  • Automated text-to-image prompt creation based on user input, context, or high-level instructions
  • Agent-assisted image creation workflows, where the system may iteratively refine prompts, styles, and outputs to achieve improved or user-aligned results
  • Downloadable outputs with AI disclosure
  • Subscription-based access and credit system
  • Optional premium features

The platform may use intelligent systems to enhance prompts, suggest variations, and autonomously adjust generation parameters (such as style, composition, or detail level) in order to improve output quality or better match user intent.

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence systems and may:

  • Contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended elements
  • Reflect biases present in training data
  • Be similar to other generated or existing works

Users remain responsible for reviewing and evaluating generated content before use.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, secure credentials, and comply with age restrictions (see Age Requirements).

3. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal material
  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse content
  • Extreme violence or terrorism promotion
  • Hate speech or harassment
  • Fraudulent or deceptive deepfakes
  • Copyright or trademark infringement in prompts or outputs

Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

4. AI Transparency & Labeling

  • All images generated by text2pix are automatically marked as AI-generated using multilayered, machine-readable techniques (including C2PA-compliant metadata and imperceptible watermarking where technically feasible).
  • Images may contain visible or embedded watermarks.
  • Downloads include an AI disclosure notice and metadata.
  • Detection tools are provided where required for compliance with EU AI Act and California AI Transparency Act.

5. Generated Image Rights & Licensing

  • Users retain ownership of their text prompts.
  • Users receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for generated images (personal and commercial use).
  • text2pix retains ownership of models, code, algorithms.
  • Users grant text2pix a perpetual, irrevocable license to use prompts and outputs for AI training, research, and model improvement.
  • text2pix may embed watermarks or metadata for AI transparency compliance.
  • Users must avoid illegal or infringing uses of the generated images.

6. Pricing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Subscription plans and credit packages are clearly displayed with taxes/VAT included.
  • Recurring billing continues until cancellation.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period): You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Exception: The right is lost for digital services once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right.
  • Refunds are provided in compliance with consumer protection laws.
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Liability

text2pix is not liable for:

  • Use of generated images
  • Service interruptions
  • Output inaccuracies or copyright conflicts

8. Notice and Takedown Policy (DSA & Copyright/DMCA)

  • Copyright owners may submit notices to: info@text2pix.com (requirements include identification of the work, infringing URL, contact details, a good faith statement, and a signature).
  • DSA Notice-and-Action (EU users): Users may report illegal content via the reporting mechanism available on the platform or at https://text2pix.com/report. Notices must include a sufficiently reasoned explanation and exact location (URL) of the content.
  • We act on valid notices without undue delay and provide a statement of reasons for content removal or account restrictions.
  • Users have the right to submit counter-notifications if content was removed in error.
  • Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
  • Due to the nature of AI-generated content, outputs may unintentionally resemble existing works; complaints are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Transparency reporting will be published where required under applicable law (e.g., EU Digital Services Act).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. International users agree to German jurisdiction for disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
